Personal Trainer & Instructor
Carlin has been an athlete since age two. A former Elite Junior Olympic gymnast and University of Michigan varsity cheerleader, she's trained under nationally recognized gymnastics coaches and Division I strength coaches — and brings that range to every client. NASM-certified and endlessly curious, she believes fitness is as good for your mind as it is for your body.
