Personal Training

Mix it up and work with a few of our trainers for variety, convenience and a different style or stick with the same trainer for comfortability.  All of our trainers offer a specific flow in their training program. Clients are able to train with any trainer available on our roster.  You’ll get the focus, accountability, and structure to break plateaus and build consistency from any of them.

Group Classes

Group classes are instructor-led workouts designed for multiple participants, in a motivating, social atmosphere.  We offer three (3) separate group class studios in our facility allowing us to offer a large variety of group classes on our schedule. 

Studio A (wood floor):  Pilates/Boxing/Step Aerobics/Yoga/TRX

Studio B (turf): Strength/ HITT/ Functional/ Sports specific 

Studio C: Pilates Reformer/Barre 

Open Gym

We added Open Gym (OG) service in our first expansion back in 2015. Adding a new energy and offering more convenience to our clients needs including showers and steam rooms in both the locker rooms. Towels provided.

Contrast Therapy

Our Restore room offer a wellness technique that alternates between hot sauna, hot steam and cold plunge exposure to stimulate blood circulation and reduce muscle soreness. By forcing blood vessels to rapidly expand (vasodilation) and contract (vasoconstriction), it creates a "pumping" effect that eases inflammation, aids recovery, and may boost immunity.

Shake Bar/Market

Offers immediate, convenient post-workout nutrition, promoting faster muscle recovery. Starting with our Protein bar with 12 signature Shake recipes to choose from. Our market space also includes grab and go healthy Snacks, Raw Juices, fresh prep meal, bottled water and Protein Shakes are available daily.
