A Healthier Halloween for a good cause!
Mike structures his workouts to combine a variety of exercises that develop strength, balance, power and coordination to reach specific goals and enjoys proving that with proper coaching and motivation, a person can reach their intended goals.
Mike has experience with personal training in both Corporate facilities, small boutiques and sports teams. With a certification from National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) he continues to enhance his skills by involving himself in a variety of continued education programs. Growing up he was involved in a list of athletic programs including hockey, wrestling, baseball and golf. His favorite movement train with members is a lunge and enjoys proving that with proper coaching and motivation a person can reach their intended goals.
