Dan trusts that if you put the work in, you will get the result you’re pursuing, and that the result is proportional to your effort. He strives to help people every step of the way to achieving their goals, and becoming more physically fit.

Dan has a degree with a concentration on Exercise and Sport Science from Wayne State University, and a background working in physical therapy. He has a sound understanding of the physiology and foundations of exercise, and applies it in every session. He is very mindful of the ups and downs that come with fighting for your fitness goals, and his knowledge of exercise along with nutrition will help you break through your plateaus along your journey. Growing up Dan was very active as a basketball player, and was given the nickname “Stilts” for his tall and slender frame. Ever since he has developed a passion for building his physique and helping other achieve the body image they desire.
