A Healthier Halloween for a good cause!
Lindsay believes to achieve your optimal heath and fitness goals you must focus on exercises that promote strength, stability, stamina, endurance, balance/alignment, and the mind-body connection. Most importantly she wants each and every one of my clients to know that she wholeheartedly believes in them and is willing to go the extra mile, no matter what. “We WILL reach these goals together, you just have to commit and trust the process."
Three things Lindsay firmly believes:
One: Patience is key. There is no quick fix or short cut. Just hard work, discipline and consistency. It's all about your attitude, your mind gives up before your body. Remember this is not a short term thing, it's a lifestyle and my goal is to lead you to that.
Two: Know your why, I am here to guide you through this journey however it is up to YOU to follow through. You have to learn to be honest with yourself and find your own motivation.
Three: Focus on you. Keep your goals realistic and remember that everyone has their own journey. The fitness industry can sometimes portray a very superficial view on what fitness really is, so don't get caught up on the Instagram "Squat guide" pages. Focus on you, no two paths are alike.
