A Healthier Halloween for a good cause!

I’ll never forget the first time I tried kickboxing… by the end of the 1hr session my face was beet red, I don’t think I hit one beat on time and I certainly couldn’t kick as high as the other veterans. I was in love… That was over 8 years ago and I’ve continuously worked harder, increased my stamina and my overall power with the same love of kickboxing I had at day 1.”
It can be very challenging to find your fitness balance when working 9-5 or a stay at home parent. When you find a workout style you love, making that time for yourself comes easier. That’s what I love about Pulse, there is a workout style for everyone.
Outside of the gym I enjoy running obstacle and long distance races, trying new workout styles, and everything Detroit.BACK
