I am passionate about proving that fitness is for everyone because it can be FUN!
I have been teaching group exercise for over 3 years as a way of sharing my love for all things HIIT and sweat! When I'm not working out or leading others you can find me with my family running 5k's on the weekends, enjoying plenty of good food and soaking up the fun in Detroit. I'm a self-proclaimed adrenaline junkie and am always up for a new adventure or new workout!BACK
