Boot Camp Programs

Training Camp:

With a “CrossFit” styled tempo combined with a functional training design of movements, the purpose of these sessions are for members to enjoy a healthy competitive style of training. The sessions are timed to last no longer than 60 minutes. Every class will have at least 2 coaches in the room to instruct and assist members through the workout. We have an entire room dedicated to our Training Camps, and the convenience of a garage door allows us to design workouts for both inside and outside movements (Depending on weather conditions).

Boot Camp
This class is designed to give you an adventure in fitness! With this creative program, you will challenge your body every week with something different. This class was made to give everyone an opportunity to build endurance, strength & balance. Obstacle course style gives you a competitive feel but with each circuit based on time (20 seconds, 30 seconds, 40 seconds) allowing everyone to go at their own pace at each station.
This class is for all levels! Come give it a try, go at your own pace!

Kids Camp

We’ve catered our most popular Boot Camp style of class just for kids who are interested in having FUN while burning off energy and learning about working out. This camp will feature an obstacle course style of workout to promote working together through challenges, and did we mention FUN!! Two trainers will be guiding the group through the workout and teaching the movements of the day to make sure there is an understanding of HOW we do things and WHY they are good for us! This camp is ideal for kids at all fitness levels!  Whether you’re staying fit for sports or just having fun with friends, and trying something new, this class has something for everyone! Age range from 9 – 12 years of age.

Sundays in June

  • 10am | 12-15 year olds
  • 11am | 9-12 year olds

$30/class or 4/$100 – price of class includes a water and snack

Sports Conditioning Camp

This camp is a crash course for all high school level athletes to get back in shape before school and sports training begins! Each day will focus on a different discipline and the last day we will test your skills & improvements!
July 32st – Aug 4th
  • Focus: Strength, Agility, Proper Stretching, Speed, Explosive Training & Conditioning.
  •  10:30am – 12pm

$30/Class or 5 $125 – Prices includes a water and Pulse Fitness brand Towel
