- AAA (Alicia’s Ass & Abs): AAA is a toning class focusing on your a** and abs, using ankle weights, resistance bands, dumbbells and your own body weight! The duration of the class will be spent targeting your butt to lift it and sculpt it while also targeting your waistline, abs, obliques, and lower back. Combining traditional ab exercises, along with squats, lunges, ankle weight mat work with lower back exercises to help shape, define and shrink the waistline, all while sculpting the beach body you always wanted! Your tighter, more toned ASS & ABS want this!
- Ab Shredder: This class will improve your core muscles’ ability to work synergistically with the rest of your body and focus on each part of the abdominals and the obliques. Define your abs and slim down your sides using exercises that will make your average crunches and sit-ups a thing of the past.
- Aerial Silk Training: Aerial dance is a unique way to experience a total body workout while flying through the air on silks! Let your inner circus performer take over, while you progress and take your workout from the floor up to our rafters! No matter what your age or ability you will be able to progress through this unique workout!! This class will cover moves on the aerial silks and the aerial hoop, or lyra. It is designed as a smaller class with one on one attention to detail, so you will feel safe and graceful as you take flight.
- B3: This class is a great way to wake up your body! Focused on Toning, Tightening & Defining your muscles using a of bars, bands & balls. These pieces of equipment will challenge you & work your smaller muscle groups. Enjoy the benefits of not only a toner you but better posture, flexibility & balance.
- Barbell Fit: Just watch what a barbell can do! This strength training workout combines continuous cardiovascular activity with light to moderate barbell training, utilizing barbells to maximize the burn! Get the results you came for with this strength workout.
- Barre Fusion: This class incorporates small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range of motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count. This results in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished. The class features the ballet barre and incorporates other styles of workout to compliment the barre work. All levels welcome, bring your own yoga mat if possible.
- Boot Camp: This class is designed to give you an adventure in fitness! With this creative program, you will challenge your body every week with something different. This class was made to give everyone an opportunity to build endurance, strength & balance. Obstacle course style gives you a competitive feel but with each circuit based on time (20 seconds, 30 seconds, 40 seconds) allowing everyone to go at their own pace at each station.
- Box & Burn: This high energy, fast paced kickboxing workout will teach you fun and exciting kick, block and punch combinations sure to keep your heart pounding! Powered with music from the underground DJ scenes of Chicago and Detroit, this class will tone your hips, thighs and buns as well as strengthen your core and striking abilities. If you are looking to shed some pounds, sweat like never before and have the time of your life doing it, Kickbox and Burn is the class for you!
- Bunz & Gunz: This class features a combination of step/strengthening/toning the upper and lower body muscles using bars, hand weights, trx straps, kettlebells, etc. to strengthen the glute muscles and the arms. Always different, always moving, always a great workout!
- Cardio Barre: A unique, high energy/no impact exercise class that combines barre work and light weights with continual fat burning motion. Central to the workout are toning and resistance exercises for the butt, legs, torso and arms to sculpt muscles and elongate the appearance of your body.
- Cardio Boot Camp: This group session will use a variety of equipment and movements designed by a Pulse Certified personal trainer giving you high energy, muscle burning formats setup throughout the facility that implement our unique training style and equipment.
- Cardio Strength Fusion: This class is the best of both worlds, mixing cardio bursts with strength training to sculpt and tone your entire body! Perfect for any fitness levels.
- Kickboxing: 50 minutes of a fun, high energy cardio workout! Focus on the fundamentals of punches, while incorporating kicks & core work.
- LIFT: This 30min class designed to focus on sculpting your upper body & back. Work your upper body in every way possible using compound movements designed to build strength, add definition, and increase your lean muscle. You will also improve your strength & endurance by utilizing a variety of equipment to keep your body guessing!
- Pre Game: Break out of work ready for the weekend with this jump starter. The workout is designed to challenge your balance & stability with core work and cardio endurance with agility & boxing drills. Let the sweat & fun begin!
- Private Pole Dance Lessons: Unleash your inner goddess as you learn to twist and twirl on the pole. Learn a routine as you progress through the moves. By request only for small groups or private parties. Ask for details!
- RESTORE: Whether you’re an avid yogi or a dedicated gym goer, this rejuvenating class is for you! RESTORE is specifically designed to end your crazy Monday in peace and begin your week with a fresh start. This class harmoniously combines the strength & flexibility of Yoga and the core work of Pilates to provide recovery, relaxation and renewal of body, mind and self.
- Rock Bottom: Transform your booty from saggy to SEXY using a proven technique of TriAngle Training method! This works the three major muscles of the buttocks: the gluteus maximus, medius, and minimus—from countless angles. Combining dance, cardio and body sculpting move, this class will help shape, lift and and form your booty like no other workout!
- Sculpt Fusion: Fusion is the key element in this workout style! By allowing you to blend both cardio & strength to get the most out of this 50min class! Rock out to the beats, by integrating cardio drills with core strength movements!
- TRX Core Cardio: TRX Core Cardio utilizes suspension training straps as well as your own body weight targeting core muscles as well as increasing strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination. Everyone wants more defined abs! Strong abs help contribute to better core strength that benefits your balance and overall fitness. TRX workouts are scaled so that any person, at any level, with any goal can participate – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. This 50 minutes of power will incorporate suspension training and intense bursts of cardio to sculpt your abs and push you to your fitness maximum!
- Winter Warriors: This class based on either reps or timed circuits that include strength training and supersets, with a HIIT tempo that pushes your Full Body to its MAX!
- Women’s Fit Camp: Women’s Fit Camp provides a variety of workouts just for women of every size, age and fitness level! Our approach to fitness & healthy living makes women stronger,leaner & more flexible, while giving them the energy to be more effective in their daily lives. By losing fat & gaining muscle, you’ll lose inches & gain strength while looking & feeling better.
