Group Classes

Personal training not your thing? That’s OK; we offer a wide variety of fitness classes with a schedule to meet everyone’s needs. All classes are hosted by professional instructors and are held in our state of the art aerobics studio, separated from the rest of the gym to ensure a worthwhile experience.

Training Camp

We also offer organized group training classes that range from 8-10 members a session. With a “CrossFit” styled tempo combined with a functional training design of movements, the purpose of these sessions are for members to enjoy a healthy competitive style of training. The sessions are timed to last no longer than 60 mins. Every class will have at least 2 coaches in the room to instruct and assist members through the workout. We have an entire room dedicated to our group training sessions, and the convenience of a garage door allows us to design workouts for both inside and outside movements (Depending on weather conditions).


Private Boot Camps

Have a group of like minded fit friends up for a challenge? Book our group training room &  trainer to design a custom workout for your group!

Nutrition & Meal Plan Programs

Nutrition is a huge issue for most individuals. When to eat? What to eat? How much to eat?
Pulse Fitness cares about not just your workout but also how you are taking care of your body! Start with a one-on-one appointment to discuss your current nutrition, we will help you organize a smarter more effect way of eating & living! Weather you are aiming to lose weight, put on muscle or just learn how nutrition and fitness supplement each other we can help!
