Mike has experience with personal training in both Corporate facilities, small boutiques and sports teams. With a certification from National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) he continues to enhance his skills by involving himself in a variety of continued education programs. Growing up he was involved in a list of athletic programs including hockey, wrestling, baseball and golf. He structures his workouts to combine a variety of exercises that develop strength, balance, power and coordination to reach specific goals. His favorite movement train with members is a lunge and enjoys proving that with proper coaching and motivation a person can reach their intended goals.
