Greg doesn’t have one particular “style” of training – he likes to mix things up and give clients new challenges. As an amateur baseball player and National Physique Competitor, he’s had plenty of opportunities of try out various methods on his own. Greg has been a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise for six years. He’s also currently a senior at Oakland University finishing up his bachelor’s degree in exercise science. Over the years, Greg has worked with countless clients with a variety of goals – from losing weight and getting stronger to preparing for competitions and sports. He enjoys working with new people and helping them find the best training techniques to meet their needs.
