Anthony is a graduate of Oakland University where he studied Wellness, Health Promotion, and Injury Prevention with a focus on Exercise science. Growing up, Anthony played hockey and baseball and has trained for sports his whole life. If you’re looking for a trainer that involves athletic movements with a lot of core exercises in the routine, then look no further! Anthony will structure all of his workouts specific to your goals, he loves working with people and always tries to make them feel comfortable in the gym.
Anthony believes that you need to “punch in” and do work every time you come to the gym because reaching your goals isn’t always easy. Even though you’ll be pushing yourself, Anthony will make every session fun so you enjoy each and every appointment while getting fit!
