I began teaching group fitness classes on the campus of MSU in 1999 and quickly became skilled in all formats including floor aerobics, step aerobics and kickboxing. During the summers at home I taught at several local gyms and expanded teaching to include spinning, hip hop and sculpting. In 2006, I completed my 500 hour yoga certification and became the yoga lead for programs and classes at Lifetime Fitness. I’ve been teaching yoga for 10 years and use this loving and spiritual practice in my day-to-day. Breath and movement have expanded beyond the mat and into everything – yoga is a way of living and passion is helping others to explore and create the same balance within their lives. Learning o love a better life from time spent on the mat.
