The purpose of these sessions are for members to enjoy a healthy competitive style of training. The sessions are timed to last no longer than 60 minutes, with at least 2 coaches instruct and assist you through the workout. Participants will navigate through a workout, structured into 3 rounds for time with functional movements, power lifts, cardio & strength training. We use the entire gym and parking lot when weather permits. Knowledge of power lifts required to participate.
