Cardio Barre is a ballet-inspired workout paired with the core exercises of Pilates. Central to the workout are toning and resistance exercises for the butt, legs, abs and arms to sculpt muscles and elongate the appearance of your body. This class is perfect for all ages and abilities. From beginner to advanced, you will be inspired and challenged at your current fitness level.
