Let your inner circus performer take over, while you progress and take your workout from the floor up to our rafters! No matter what you age or ability you will be able to progress through this unique workout!! This class will cover moves on the aerial silks and the aerial hoop, or lyra. We start you off at the beginning and as you build your strength and flexibility we offer more challenges, this class is based on each persons ability and progression. It is designed as a smaller class with one on one attention to detail, so you will feel safe and graceful as you take flight. Tuesday is our advanced class while Sunday is open to all levels.
